When Will I Receive My Order?

Due to the manufacturing processes, we cannot guarantee shipping dates for any of our photo products. Seasonal demands and situations beyond our control may cause production delays. Below is a list of typical production schedules. (Production times are subject to change without notice)

• Printed Backdrops: 10-14 business days
• Hand Painted Backdrops: 14-21 business days
• Props & Accessories: 5-14 business days
• Scenic Design Props: 4-6 weeks
• Electrical: 7-14 business days
• Studio Equipment: 3-5 business days (if out of stock may take longer)
• Vinyl Banners: 72 hours

Rush Services:

3 Day Rush: This service allows your order to be expedited and will be ready to ship three (3) business days after payment is received. The fee for this service is $75. All orders will go into production the day after the order is placed.

6 Day Rush: This service allows your order to be expedited and will be ready to ship (6) six business days after payment is received. The fee for this service is $45. All orders will go into production the day after the order is placed.
