Please ensure your file meets the following requirements:
- Please keep critical elements such as text or logos at least 2" from the edge to allow space for grommets.
- Full Scale (inches) at 72dpi RGB - saved as highest quality JPEG (Adobe Photoshop® users should choose File Save As JPEG with a 12 - Max Quality setting.)
- Upload file size limit is 200mb/file. If larger file needs to be uploaded, please contact us for instruction. Upload time will be dependent on the size of your file and internet speed.
- Once file is ready, you will see the next step of placing your order. This will show a popup window (if your browser blocks popup, change settings on your browser). Keep the new popup window open.
- If you are placing an order for multiple custom banners, please organize all upload ready files in one folder on your desktop, then choose size of the banner & upload file, add to the cart, continue this process for rest of the banners for your order, any long delay between adding banner/upload file might get close your session on the site which will require you to start over from the beginning.
