Roll Up floor combinations are as follows: 8x8 size is two 4x8 floor pieces, 8x10 is two 4x10 pieces, 8x12 is two 4x12 floor pieces, 10x10 is two 5x10 pieces, and the 10 x12 size is two 5x12 pieces.

Please Note: We strive for exact measurements with all our backdrops, however, please allow 2-4" for trimming.

Small Package Shipments:

We ship using the most trusted variety of carriers. Merchandise exceeding ground carrier standard weights & size restrictions must be shipped via motor freight or air freight. Any shipping charges displayed online and in our printed catalogs are for small package shipments within the contiguous United States.

Freight Shipments:

Shipments are priced individually based on location and weight. The minimum truck shipment is approximately $200.00 for a shipment weighing 100 lbs or less. All shipments over 100 lbs may incur additional charges. Trust us to ship the most economical way.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do offer a 30 day return policy. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. >Customerservice@dennymfg.com or 1-800-844-5616.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received the product as well as the original box and packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns or exchanges.

We cannot accept any type of return for digital backdrop files, sale or clearance priced items, custom products, modified products or any holiday themed backdrop or prop.
