Hand painted muslin backdrops are identified by a sku of MM followed by a number, we call these master muslin backdrops. Each one is hand painted right here in the USA by a team of talented artist, therefore no two will ever be exactly alike.

• Production times may vary but each is made to order and takes approximately 10 business days to produce (excludes transit time)
• 10 ft wide are painted on 50/50 muslin material
• 12 ft & 16 ft muslin backdrops are painted on 100 percent cotton muslin
• We recommend only dry cleaning these large muslin or spot cleaning with a damp cloth
• Master Muslin backdrops are stiffer than our dyed muslins due to large amount of paint required to saturate the material

Mounting- Finishing Options for Master Muslin Backdrops

• Top Pole Pocket:3” pole pocket sewn across the top of the backdrop. Ample space for a crossbar to slip through for support when using with backdrop stands

• Top & Bottom Pole Pocket: 3” pole pocket sewn across the top and the bottom of the backdrop. This additional pole pocket will reduce the height of the backdrop by several inches

• Grommets:Metal grommets are used to reinforce a hole in a piece of fabric. The grommet option will add one grommet per foot to the width across the top of the backdrop.

***Please allow several inches for trimming and shrinkage

Small Package Shipments:

We ship using the most trusted variety of carriers. Merchandise exceeding ground carrier standard weights & size restrictions must be shipped via motor freight or air freight. Any shipping charges displayed online and in our printed catalogs are for small package shipments within the contiguous United States.

Freight Shipments:

Shipments are priced individually based on location and weight. The minimum truck shipment is approximately $200.00 for a shipment weighing 100 lbs or less. All shipments over 100 lbs may incur additional charges. Trust us to ship the most economical way.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do offer a 30 day return policy. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. >Customerservice@dennymfg.com or 1-800-844-5616.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received the product as well as the original box and packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns or exchanges.

We cannot accept any type of return for digital backdrop files, sale or clearance priced items, custom products, modified products or any holiday themed backdrop or prop.
