Warranty & Product Guarantee

The Denny Manufacturing Co. guarantees it's products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment.  However, any defect apparent upon delivery must be reported within 30 days in order to be covered under this warranty.  This warranty does not cover damages caused by shipping, product abuse, accident, neglect, or misuse.

At our discretion, Denny Manufacturing Co. will repair or replace any product deemed to be defective and which is returned to Denny Manufacturing (3007 Dial St. Mobile, AL 36612) via prepaid freight, within the 30 day warranty period.

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) MUST be on the return label. Call 1-800-844-5616 obtain the RA#.

This warranty will be rendered null and void if any modification has been made to the product or if it has been determined that it was misused.  No other warranty is expressed or implied.  The Denny Manufacturing Co., Inc. shall not be liable for any damage to property or personal injury sustained while using these products for any reason.
