Return and Exchange Policy
The Denny Manufacturing Company strives to provide the highest quality products in the photographic industry.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do offer a 30 day return policy. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order: CustomerService@dennymfg.com or 1-800-844-5616. All Return packages must have an RA# clearly written on the outside of the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received the product. It must also be in the original packaging. No refund or store credit will be issued until all items have been inspected and approved by Denny Manufacturing Co. All returns must be approved by a Denny Manufacturing Co. representative and a Return Authorization number will be issued. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns or exchanges.
There are several types of goods are exempt from being returned, refunded, or exchanged. We cannot accept any type of return for digital backdrop files, final clearance priced items, custom products, or any holiday themed backdrop or prop.
There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Denny Manufacturing Co. reserves the right to make decisions concerning partial refunds. Denny Manufacturing Co. will not be liable for any problems with your purchase if notification is not received within 30 days of receipt of your package. No returns/refunds/exchanges will be accepted.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. We may issue a store credit if you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a clearance item (up to discretion of Denny Manufacturing Co.), however we must be notified within 30 days of receipt of such item and you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from Denny Manufacturing Co. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
We may be able to exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, send an email to email@example.com or call 1-800-844-5616 ext. 722 to obtain a RA# which must be affixed to the outside of the box. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
If you happen to receive a shipment that is damaged in transit, please make notes on the bill of lading or refuse the package. If you take possession of a damaged package you will need to contact Denny Manufacturing Co. within 10 days of receipt so we can file a claim with the carrier. After 10 days Denny Manufacturing Co. will not be able to issue any type of refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for the original outgoing shipping charges as well. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service and insure the package for the full value
